Home visits
The home visit is a complementary mechanism for selection processes, allowing for verification of the composition of the family unit, the individual's socioeconomic status, distribution of social spaces, analysis of the family and social environment, and personal and family behavior—all relevant aspects to assess, as they directly impact organizational culture.
Methodology
Request for home visit and submission of candidate's resume by the client.
The visit will be conducted 24 hours after the request. During this visit, the following will be confirmed: ( General and demographic information about the prospect, characteristics of the home and its surroundings, family composition, family characteristics, family financial situation, extracurricular activities, social status of the prospect, background of the prospect and immediate family, psychological assessment).
Preparation of visit report.
Sending of visit report maximum 48 hours after the visit request.
