A consultant travels to your organization and provides the appropriate advice based on the company's requirements, in accordance with the requirements of Resolution 0312 of 2019, to evaluate, execute, and document what the company has defined as its work plan.

Initial evaluation
According to Article 2.2.4.6.17 of Decree 1072 of 2015, it must be carried out in order to identify priorities for establishing the annual work plan or for updating the existing one.
It is completed in 2 and a half hours in person and 1 hour of desk work.

Implementation of the SST System
Ensures the company has the documented processes necessary to respond to the audit. Avoid fines and subsequently maintain the system with internal human resources. Implementation takes two months.

In house
This service includes everything described above. It consists of a specialist tailored to the company's needs based on the requirements of Resolution 0312 of 2019. The specialist will spend 12 hours (3 hours per week) on-site and 4 hours (1 hour per week) at the desk documenting.
Additionally, this specialist will conduct training, investigate workplace accidents and incidents, implement the emergency brigade, develop evacuation routes and emergency plans, conduct signage studies, manage the COPASST (Council of Social Protection), as well as periodic examinations and health weeks. He will be present at audits by the Ministry of Social Protection to report to the regulatory body on the Health and Safety System.
