
PSYCHOSOCIAL RISK BATTERY
According to Resolution 2404 of 2019, all organizations, regardless of their size and nature, must apply the psychosocial risk assessment and take action based on its results.
This process must be carried out by a licensed Occupational Health and Safety psychologist.
Methodology
Characterization of the organization in order to plan the application of the battery in the most appropriate and convenient way for the company.
Application of a psychosocial risk battery (intra-workplace psychosocial risk factors questionnaire, extra-workplace psychosocial risk factors questionnaire, stress factors questionnaire, third version, general data sheet, informed consent).
Preparation of general and individual reports.
Custody of individual reports and occupational clinical histories (psychosocial risk) and delivery of general reports (areas and general).
Feedback on the results of the identification and evaluation of psychosocial risk factors.
Support in the development of the intervention plan for the mitigation of psychosocial risk.
